"You know, I read an article the other day about the most overrated college courses. You know what was one of them? Psychology. It's not good as everyone makes it out to be. Don't do it."
... " You know there was this psychologist, who took a gun with him everywhere. A lot of times, psychologists have problems and mental issues, they need help themselves.” And then you laughed.
Your careless words are quite cruel. Do you have no empathy? I don't want to blame you, but you are not exactly the prime example of a parent. People like you and society create paranoid, broken people and no one ever tries to fix them because they won't stop, think, understand and feel. It's not something to laugh or joke about. Psychologists are ever more important in this world, the more we are told it's about you, you, you and the more we are told to become an individual, the further we can sometimes grow apart and ultimately it leads to isolation and loneliness. We must not forget connections.
